ALL ITEMS SHIP IN BIODEGRADABLE PACKAGING.

We are currently experiencing high demand and orders will ship out as soon as possible. Ready made orders will ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom-made orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to create and ship.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

International orders are subject to applicable shipping fees––as well as taxes and duties––dependant on weight and location.

Since all our items are handmade and one-of-a-kind only unworn and unused items accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged for store credit within 5 days of delivery. You are responsible for all shipping costs, and upon us receiving the item in above mentioned condition you will receive an email with your store credit info. Email hi@houseofwildwood.com with your name and order number to begin the process.

HOUSE OF WILDWOOD™ ensures that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. If for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately, and your order will be refunded for the missing item.

HOUSE OF WILDWOOD™ reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email, and will be refunded in full.

Canada

Purchases made in British Columbia are subject to a 5% GST and 7% PST tax rate.

Purchases made in Ontario are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.

Purchases made in Newfoundland are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.

Purchases made in Nova Scotia are subject to a 15% HST tax rate.

Purchases made in New Brunswick are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.

All remaining Canadian provinces are subject to a 5% GST tax rate on all purchases.

International

International orders are subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By purchasing on www.houseofwildwood.com you understand that you are responsible for all such charges. Should you refuse to pay duty/tax, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited the amount you paid, less full shipping costs.  

All orders placed Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our small shipping team takes weekends off.

Due to the high demand on special projects, please allow 2-4 weeks for HOUSE OF WILDWOOD™ to process and ship these orders.

When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. HOUSE OF WILDWOOD™ is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
